I’ve been invited to write a review about my ‘ Willow and Hall’ experience so here it is. After 5 years the sofa has maintained its shape and general condition. It certainly looks impressive and the sofa bed is easy to operate and comfortable. The downside is that it isn’t comfortable at all. Fine to sit on for short periods but the promise that was made that it would become softer after use never happened. I was told by a member of your staff to invite all the neighbours in to repeatedly sit on it to soften it. I paid a lot of money for this sofa and in my case the returns policy didn’t exist.
