I've bought an item and I'm trying to return it more than 1 week ago, they closed the customer service voice department. I sent the message by email and WhatsApp but none answered me back. I just want to return that item before 14 days, if not probably they won't accept my return request. They have a horrible customer service, I've never had any problem to return an item before.
