Ordered and paid for next day delivery of a freewheel hub. After numerous failed emails it arrived 16 days late. (Yesterday). Opened the loose package (not even boxed). The split ring that holds the pawls in place was in 2 pieces, leaving 2 pawls inplace and 1 loose in the bag rendering it useless . I should have gone to a shop and got it sorted I'd be riding by now. I've now got the hassel of returning the useless hub. Totally lost all faith in this company now.
