I ordered a pair of shoes from Wiggle. I used to use Wiggle regularly for cycling gear but for some reason haven't recently. The price was good so I thought I'd try them again. Unfortunately, one of the shoes was defective. The toe cap was moulded wrongly so it digs into the toes. I reported it by email to Wiggle straight away. The website said they'll reply within 24h, while the automated response said 48h. Either way, after 2 days there was no reply. I tried calling but they "don't accept phone calls from retail customers"... So I tried the "Live" Chat. 45 min wait just for someone to pick up, and then about 15 min of faffing - supplying the same information multiple times. 1h later, his response was that he'll reply to my email. Not sure why I needed to waste an hour to get them to do their job, but there you go. He replied, requesting photos. I sent them straight away, showing the defect and comparing the two shoes. 5 days later, still no reply. It's now going through PayPal complaints. Hopefully, I'll be able to get my money back. This is no longer the Wiggle I used to love. It seems they are trying their hardest to provide an awful customer service and avoid repeat business - and they're succeeding! I'll never use them again.

Used to be good and reliable, not so anymore. 3 non deliveries by evri in a row. Slow and fairly pathetic customer service. Avoid.

They sent me shoes of the wrong size and different brand. Then refused to refund me. There are better places to buy from!

Warning! They sent me a different item than what they advertised on their page and they refuse to correct the mistake and send me the correct item. Complete waste of time and money. Will never order from Wiggle ever again.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ . Hi , hope this helps you . £75 was fraudulently taken from my credit card by these people , and i don't even have an account with them . I have contacted them twice via there chat explaining that money has been stolen from my account , they said i should contact my bank as its not there problem . They won't tell tell me what was purchased with my card or where it was sent , unless i can provide them with the the name of the person who ordered it with my card and there account details ! ( how the hell do i know who it was ) I gave them the time and date to exact second the transaction was made , the amount of the transaction , the last four digits of my card , the name on my card the transaction id and the visa id . unless i can tell them who ordered it they cant help further , i can assure you this this is all true , they are only concerned in protecting the id of the criminals that use them . you have been warned if you still use them you are either a criminal or a fool .

They sent me the wrong item compared to the pictures they were advertising on the page. They did not want to send me the correct item and just want me to return the item for a refund. What a complete waist of time. Will never use Wiggle ever again.

Wiggle are fine until you encounter a problem then the customer service is awful. Incredibly slow to respond, if they respond at all. Wiggle and Evri have together managed to provide a truly awful service.

Utterly disappointed by Wiggle. I am an avid runner. I do about an average of 25km per week. I have two pairs of running shoes. My main pair and a rotation pair. I decided to purchase a rotation pair (Hoka Mach 4) from Wiggle. As they had the best deal. But as a runner if you purchase a running shoe, you’ve got to test it before making up your mind on whether to go ahead with it or not. You don’t test it at home for fashion. You run with it on a treadmill or on the road. Which is why companies like Puma, Nike and Hoka give you a whole month of testing before accepting returns if you aren’t happy. I used the Hoka’s for 2 runs and decided it wasn’t for me. Approached Wiggle for an exchange or a refund. They refused point blank stating ‘you’ve used the shoe so we can’t accept. Refer to the t&c’ Now I feel this to be unfair. If you purchase anything online, there should be a no quibble returns policy as you haven’t tested it for the purposes of purchase. In this case, running. Wiggle are irresponsible here and have asked me to approach Hoka. Who’ve asked me to go back to Wiggle. I’ve decided now to approach an ombudsman to advise before taking Wiggle to small claims court for compensation. If you are a runner, my advice is, go to the shop, test it on a treadmill and then purchase. Don’t purchase online with Wiggle.

Would have given no stars if possible. Please never use this company if you want a speedy refund. Bought 2 wet suits costing A$400 which were delivered in 7 days from UK. Neither fitted so followed return instructions - we paid $30 postage - it took 4 weeks to receive refund - no phone contact available (red flag)- email contact unhelpful - kept saying it had to reach to warehouse in UK. Funny how it didn't take long to get here but a month to get it back !Just about gave up hope of getting my money back. Wouldn't purchase anything I may want to return.

Great company to trade with. Great returns policy. Just a shame they make it hard for small independents who offer a great more personal service

Customer service very bad. Can't believe Wiggle think it acceptable that I wait a further 4 working days whilst Hermes conduct a review of why they haven't delivered my goods. I'd already waited 9 days...stick to Tredz in future

Don't buy anything which needs a courier . Been messed about for the last week with delivery. You expect some sort of service when you spend 3k. I got it very poor service and no contact number poor poor company. At least my local bike shop stepped in and sorted it.

Ordered an item that was delivered to the wrong address, they tracked the item , gave me the address and said I couldn't have a refund and the only option I had was to collect it from the address they had delivered it to . Absolute farce, you couldn't make it up.

Ordered a bike bag. Significantly delayed delivery even with consideration of the pandemic. Made wiggle aware of this. Proceeded via their nominated courier to deliver then late despite knowing I had left the country and offered no alternative solutions.

Horrible experience. Stole my money and don't reply to e-mails (at all). This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. About a month ago I bought and subsequently returned two pairs of shoes. One of these returns was processed and refunded, the second was not. I have sent multiple e-mails over the last two weeks and had absolutely no replies from this company. I am now having to raise a PayPal dispute. Avoid this company at all costs, they're crooks and they'll take your money and ignore you.

Absolutely disappointing customer service. Bike Frame broken within 5 months after purchase (no crash or park visits). Warranty simply ignored, no further reply to mails. No replacement, no refund, nothing. I can only strongly recommend to stay away from this company.

Terrible customer service. Item failed on first use, asked for refund or replacement. Just used jargon and excuses as to why this couldn't happen. Let just say they wiggled their way out of it from the get go, very very poor. Won't use them again.

Asking you to reconsider your self and patronising gift voucher policy: Beware - use your gift cards otherwise Wiggle will patronise you and pocket the money: "Wiggle will not be able to provide a new voucher code as they have been available to be used for 2 years". Not like they've been struggling in the pandemic is it?

Terrible, Truly terrible. Customer services will leave you feeling bruised and like you just had a run in with the school bully! Ordered £230 of stuff. Given delivery date. Didn't arrive. Waited 5 days in case it had been held up and then contacted Wiggle (as nobody, including Hermes contacted me in any way). They stated order had been returned to them by Hermes but didn't know where it was and said it would take 4 days to find out from Hermes. They could resend, but of course one thing was now not in stock! But the worst thing was the extraordinary was I was treated on live chat (no telephone number for wiggle which tells you a lot). I was repeatedly bullied and pressurised into resolving the issue by way of refund, which they then just did automatically. What a waste of my time. I would have been happy with them just resending out my order and throwing in a free roll of bar tape for the considerable inconvenience.

Avoid: Had no intention of meeting agreed delivery times. Don't be disappointed.
