Extremely happy with the service, from going into the LINCOLN store and after my project was completed returning 1 box of unopened tiles. They were very helpful and made my task so easy. They showed me the kind of tiles I had in mind and explained all about the them. Once i had chosen what i would like they continued they're support making my purchase so easy for a total novice in the land of tiling! All the team were polite and not once did I feel pressured into making a purchase. I was guided by them and they're knowledge and felt totally at ease. GAVIN the tiler who completed the job of tiling my wet room shower did an absolutely amazing job. He was also very polite and communicated with me about the job and my choices.
