Exceptional customer service at Wincheap CAnterbury store. Sam patiently showed me round answering my (many!) Questions. Gave professional advice, ideas etc and knew exactly what I was trying to create, couldn't have been more pleasant. Another Sam helped me when I went to collect the ordered tiles, again couldn't have been more helpful. A pleasure to shop there. My tiles look fabulous, and impressed at the first class service.
