Tiles were excellent quality as expected. But the customer service was above and beyond. I'd made the purchase online for some discontinued tiles, of course I made a miss calculation which I realised too late. They tracked down the last boxes to Norwich where staff member Jack Pottle went waaaay beyond, packed up the tiles and got them to me before the tiler arrived. Saved my project!
