I'll sum it up this way: The Hot Water Bottle Company emailed me to ask for a review before my order arrived.
Here's where it gets interesting. I ordered on December 5, 2023 and was later sent a link for tracking my order. When I tried the link, I got an error stating the data was mismatched. Ok, fine...
Emailed support and was told my order hadn't left the warehouse yet - this was 5-7 days AFTER placing the order - unacceptable! Sure, I get it's the holiday season, but a week to process an order? Come on!
Fast forward to today and my order has not arrived. The unfortunate part is their site prices U.S. shipments in USD, but doesn't tell customers the order will come from another country.
Regardless, I found communication poor, shipment delays too long, and overall transparency to be unclear. Would I order again? I doubt it, but since the order hasn't arrived and they're asking for an order review before arrival, well, I guess that tells you something!
