I used to shop at terraces regularly however i went early dec 2020 to do some xmas shopping, i had a gift voucher that was given to me for xmas dec 2019. As someone with an underlying health condition i asked if the gift voucher was still valid with covid and explained my self isolation, the response i had was that it had recently become invalid and that covid wasn’t around last xmas! In all fairness with great reluctance it was accepted however i will definitely not be shopping there again!
