My swytch was easy to attach to my mountain bike. However my U drop forks were made for a 9mm axel and the custom wheel axels were 10mm. Customer support was easy to get in touch with and explained the easiest solution was to file the axels down with a metal file. It took me a couple days but that was better than having to send the kit all the way back to the UK. The other thing that took me a while was getting my brakes centered on the tire but that’s because I don’t have experience with messing with the brakes. Also I ordered the twist throttle and my gear changer takes up a lot of space on my handle bars so it would loosen the twist throttle every time I changed gear. Customer support again was easy to get in touch with and sent me a thumb throttle instead. I just have to mail back my twist throttle now. I love my Swytch bike and everyone is always surprised to know I have an electric battery on it! Also I did preorder launch way back in Nov 22 so delivery wasn’t until later Feb/ Early March 23 but that was expected.
