Ordered a commode and a mowberry toilet frame online for hospital discharge home of elderly relative after surgery. Ordered a week ago, as reported as 3-4 days to deliver. Still no commode delivered (and on to day 7 post order) no reply to emails from customer services.
We are in desperate need for the equipment and Superdrug are not giving us any updates.
Really having a negative affect on my poorly elderly relative.
Very disappointed.
