Do not spend your money with SLRHut, this is not a professional business and I would NEVER consider spending my money with them again - how they have an average rating of 4.3 is astonishing and questionable. Much like the other 1 star ratings I’ve experienced the same poor customer service, false advertising and poor quality. The website operates as if it’s still in the dial-up error - with no payment confirmation I ended up placing an order twice. Paying £50 extra for the item to be delivered in 2-3 days - a £1500 purchase - no information was sent and when I questioned the estimated time frame via email I was told it “should be sent in the next few days” (???). Extremely unprofessional as you have to place the order online then actually call them to place the and pay for the order again. Reviews of speedy deliveries cannot be serious as you later find out they’re distributing from America hence why they’re incapable of doing anything about anything. Places and service like this is what kills independent business as you’ll be much better served and protected just shopping on Amazon. Alas, I now await a refund that should probably take another week and 5 more calls to sort out. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF PURCHASING FROM THESE GUYS.
