I use purition smoothies after running for a quick and healthy energy boost. My go to recipe is to add a frozen banana, a tablespoon of cocoa nibs, ice cubes and oat, almond or coconut milk. Very tasty! Favourite flavours so far is the vanilla and macadamia, raspberries, coconut and pistachios.
