I tried 12 of the flavours via 2 trial boxes. The predominant flavour of all of them was pleasantly nutty. I wanted a healthy, satisfying shake for my breakfasts before work. I was a little put off that you should use a blender type machine rather than a shaker but this has turned out to be Puritions best feature. Real food doesn’t dissolve . The shakes feel healthy and are not over sweet or brightly coloured with artificial additives and that’s important to me. I don’t like the thought of gum swelling in my stomach to make me feel full and loads of other brands contain gums. These shakes are healthy and tasty. I have been able to lose weight and I feel healthier, no more bloating. I have noticed I don’t have energy peaks and drops before lunch which helps me at work. I’ve just ordered 3 large bags. The delivery of the trial packs was really quick . I’m impressed with the product and service . Even when I’m not trying to lose weight I think I’ll continue to use them for the health benefits .
