I dont have much time at lunchtime, so knowing that I could just put my Purition in a blender with some fruit and some milk is perfect. It is healthy and great for warmer days too. It definitely keeps me full for longer. I always have the almond one, but should be more adventurous and try some other flavours. Really happy.
