It tastes absolutely horrendous. I usually am a fan of wholefood ingredients, protein drinks, meal replacements, health supplements etc but I cannot stand to drink the purition sachets without gagging. The texture is horrible, and when blended its incredibly watery. No matter what flavour I try, the taste is always the same. It's indescribable, many reviews described the weird taste as being nutty but to me it's a weird pulp tasting thing of some kind. The only way I can feel the sachets being edible at all is if I drowned it in flavour with other ingredients like fruit, porridge, sugar etc, which sort of defeats the purpose of a nutritionally compact meal replacement and this also brings more hassle which defeats the point of the convenience. Really disappointed & I hope they really try to improve the flavour!
