After reading reviews I ordered a mixed selection. I have a "problem" stomach so thought these might be worth a try. Mostly I make up a milkshake or sometimes mix with natural yoghurt. A few weeks on I have had no upsets and my gut is much calmer. I've amended my order as I now know which I prefer and am intending to take sachets with me on a couple of upcoming short trips, rather than struggle with hotel breakfasts. I find I'm not hungry after my purition breakfast drink and feel fit and well. I am 75 years old and am happy to have found a healthy and well balanced addition to my diet.
