Loving these sachets. Sometimes I mix with milk to make a shake or I mix with yoghurt to make a ‘porridge’. They keep me fuller for longer, very tasty and easy to use. I have already lost some weight, my stomach feels better and I have more energy. I have subscribed for regular deliveries. Would recommend
