I am so happy I discovered Purition, I suffer with IBS , and really have struggled to find something I can quickly make for my lunch , this is perfect, I mix it with yoghurt, berries, and nuts , which makes the most perfect filling lunch , and it's so tasty, I especially love the seeds in it , and it's not overly sweet either , very natural tasting , I have found that using this for 2 weeks now my IBS has really improved, so a definite thumbs up from me,. Chocolate & hazelnut, and macadamia & vanilla is what I have used so far , yum !
