I love the fact you can try the flavours with the individual bags before committing to the bigger ones and or use these when you are short of time or on the go. The flavours are not artificial at all and keep me full until lunchtime. I pump mine up with a spoon of 0% Greek Yoghurt, frozen berries or a banana to help thicken the shakes.
