I have tried several protein shakes and all except one have given me an upset stomach. Purition is the only one I have tried that hasn't. It is full of whole-food goodness and is easy to digest. It tastes good too. It is a good price for all of the good things that it has in it. No tummy upset, weight loss and several hours of feeling full. It has to be good. So I am sticking with Purition now and I highly recommend it.
