I have coeliac disease so there are very few of these shake type things available that are suitable for a gluten free diet. Luckily I really like Purition so I would recommend these if you are looking to have a healthier breakfast or lunch. I find a lot of quick gluten free options are really process so it is nice to find something that is more natural but still quick and easy. I also like the taste of them as they are not sickly and sweet like some other meal replacements. Overall I think this is a great product but can work out a bit expensive.
