I was told by my PT to start taking a protein shake as I had increased my exercise routine and because I'm not getting any younger!! I also wanted to lose a bit of weight. I tried the 7 day trial at first as I'm not a fan of shakes and not keen of anything clumpy. I love them, I tend to buy the smaller packets as I like to have a different flavour everyday. I mix them into greek yoghurt, so that I feel that I am having a meal rather than a drink and have one each day mid-morning. They mix really well into the yoghurt and I love the seeds and the bonus is they actually fill me up! I have a small bowl of cereal mid afternoon and then have a healthy (most of the time) dinner early evening. Delivery is really quick too, definitely recommend, nothing to lose and lots to gain.
