I've been using Puriton for quite a while on and off, but now have a subscription. I like nearly all the flavours and now have the small sachets so I can have variety. I usually make it with nut milk and it blends in quickly to make a smooth drink which I have for breakfast. It's a good way to get extra protein without carbs and I find it less sweet than other brands, so much more to my taste. Would recommend to anyone who wants an easily made shake without a sugary taste. It's great if you add fruit, too.
