I have been buying the individual packs of Purition for a few weeks now as I do like all the variety of flavours. My favourite use for them is to make up a sort of "porridge" for breakfast with a dollop of natural kefir or yogurt and then top it with some berries . This keeps me full until lunchtime and I have no desire to snack . I very much like the fact that you can tell that you're eating real food as it's not ground down into a powder. I am now buying these on repeat .
