I have been struggling with my weight for several years now since being prescribed steroids. I've tried everything under the sun to try and shed the lbs but they just keep piling on, until this week. In five days I've lost 2.5 lbs with two sachets and a balanced evening meal each day. I feel great and I don't feel at all hungry. Having tried most of the individual flavours I am now subscribed to ordering a couple of favourite larger bags every three weeks to continue my quest. I'm on a roll 🤣. My only comment would be that some of them were rather lacking in flavour, so I tended to add a squirt of Robinsons Quash'd to the fruity ones and that was brilliant. So all in all, I'm in a good place and looking forward to a thinner summer. Thank you
