I was extremely unsure whether I would cope with Purition as I am autistic and can't cope with the textures of many foods. However, they taste delicious, so as long as I scope off the foamy head and don't drink right to the bottom of the glass it is ok! I have lost a stone and a half since August which I am absolutely thrilled about. I have just re-ordered - Purition is such a stressvfree way to lose weight and it really works.
