I ordered purition because I had started a diet and wanted to get some wholefood goodness without heavy calories. These shakes are perfect. They aren't over sweet and contain seeds, which I love. I feel nicely satisfied after having a shake, enough to keep me going. If I miss a shake because I am not at home, I actually miss them. I find myself looking forward to my shake each day and not just because I am hungry. Only one regret - I wish I had ordered loads of the new limited edition Mixed Berry as this is the most delicious by far. I love the nutrients I get from some simple sachet each day which is helping me to stay healthy whilst I restrict my calorie intake
