I’ve been using Purition for several weeks as part of a calorie deficit diet after my wife got me onto it. So far I’ve managed to lose a stone in weight. I generally have it a mid morning drink blended with almond milk, nuts and seeds, then a healthy evening meal. I never feel particularly hungry during the day. The flavours are very varied and you’ll discover the ones you prefer. I think it is reasonably priced and orders are well packaged and swiftly delivered. I would certainly recommend it.
