I have been following a low-carb diet for 2 years but wanted to add a meal replacement into the mix to try and kick-start some more weight loss. Everything that I was being offered had sweeteners, flavourings and whatever else they decide to chuck in. After 2 years of predominantly savoury food this was a grimm prospect. I searched for "organic" meal replacements and up popped Purition. After trying the taster sachets, my husband and I have moved on to the bigger bags. I have the "naked" version and he has various flavours (banana, strawberry and chocolate hazelnut so far). We sometimes add strawberries and blueberries into the mix for a change. I really like the texture, with some crunchy bits, and have it as a shake for breakfast and porridge for lunch. We are both loving the fact that we now only have to decide what we are going to have for our evening meal.
