I was recommended Purition a few years ago when I was diagnosed with hereditary hemochromatosis (iron over-load). I wanted a shake that was nutritious, full of natural ingredients, low in carbs, which filled me up and also tasted nice. I take additional supplements every day and so the list of vitamins/minerals, (particularly iron and vitamin C) is useful to enable me to monitor my daily levels.
