Awlful stuff, I hated the bits and through it away. I even liquidised it but still lots of bits!, It is obviously personal taste, but I couldn’t get on with it! Tried it twice and then through the rest away. Didn’t even get offered to send it back for a refund! Would not recommend at all. Sorry
