Overall, I'm impressed with Premier TEFL. You get what you pay for; complete flexibility and autonomy to work through the modules at your own pace. Assessments are multiple choice and you can revisit the quizzes and try and maximize your marks. You can also download modules in PDF which is good for reading on a tablet/kindle in your own time so you can take breaks from being on your laptop all the time. Also the TEFL app is pretty nifty! The certificate at the end is easy to verify and that all important reference letter is positive and makes you feel like you achieved something great. However, there are some minor sticking points. There are some grammatical errors throughout the Moodle resources so keep an eye out! These mistakes/errors in the grammar do not impact your understand of the content as-so-much-as to mislead you in the assessments; but it does make for some readability issues in parts. Also if there are any dyslexics about to embark on the course, please look out some text to speech software (like read and write gold) as there is a lot of reading to do. I don't think I'd have got through the course without these assistive technologies so definitely prepare yourselves. Considering course chapters in audio-book format is certainly something I'd implore Premier TEFL to integrate into their resources. Moving forward from this review, I'm interested to see what opportunities will arise from being an alumni of the course. The opportunity to attend Webinars and being updated on these through email is positive, however once you obtain your TEFL, so many doors are opened. I wonder what kind of doors Premier TEFL will offer to their alumni!
