Positives: 1) Always very polite, cheerful, helpful and friendly over the phone. 2) I really enjoyed my placement in Thailand - the agency they put me with were good overall and I trusted them. 3) They were apologetic when something went wrong on their end so I had to re-do my tests. Negatives 1) I had to re-do my tests but because something went wrong. However, this was not until I had returned from Thailand - so I thought I was fully qualified to teach but I was not. 2) On the form which I was sent to re-do my tests on, the person had forgotten to put word counts on for the answers. I then failed again because I did not stick to the word counts so had to do it once more. Very frustrating but not the end of the world.
