I never received the email to start my program and was very eager to begin the program but have not been able to start because of this error. I have been waiting and trying to schedule the program and have reached out multiple times to get help and figure it out but it never happened. I requested a refund and was supposed to hear back from someone who could make that happened today and never heard from them either.
