The click and collect service could be improved by emailing the customer when its ready to collect rather than the customer turning up only to find it isn't available yet.
I now know that the collection date is printed out on the packing slip as it was pointed out by the person at Opie, but its quite small writing hence the need for a seperate email to be sent when the goods are ready to collect. To be honest I would have thought anything on your website that says "in stock" should be available to collect at any time, obviously not !
