The oil sent was the wrong grade and had to be sent back and replacement oil of the correct grade be sent out. Apart from the fact this delayed the service of my car as planned this is not the first time the wrong grade of oil to that ordered was sent out. This has made me reluctant to place further orders.
Having to box the items and take them into work for collection was also not convenient
