Not great, I 100% made sure I had changed Delivery, and Billing address on your site, yet my item was sent to the Billing address. I called ASAP, and emailed to say INCORRECT. Please amend urfently, only to be told Opie Oils xannot amend address, even though items not shipped. This then meant, me needing to pay AGAIN, place a new order, waiting 3x days for a refund on the incorrect order. All you had to do was amend the original address. Quite poor
