Do not shop here. Customer service useless. Before I purchased sneakers I emailed the company to ask what the size conversion is for women US to UK. They gave me the men's sizes. I asked again if they're sure this is right for women, and I got an email saying they are confirming it is correct. I got the sneakers and it's a men's size. customer service wants me to pay $50 to send the item back, even though I sent them the emails with proof they told me the wrong size they are saying that it's the correct size. They can't even understand their own emails. So lame. Now they're telling me the sneakers are unisex. What does that even have to do with the size? have gone back and forth with 18 emails asking to speak to someone with authority and they will not oblige. Take your business somewhere else. I submitted my review on the company's website and they won't post it. Hah.
