I have been making regular purchases from Naturisimo for several years because they have a selection of excellent products at reasonable prices and value organic/ethical products. The service is consistently above expectations at all times, in other words: always absolutely top-notch. If I am not totally satisfied with a product (it happens, rarely), they quickly contact me, ask relevant questions, suggest a different product and honestly really engage in amazing customer service. *Special shout out for Jhana, who is incredibly professional and helpful, which is rare in every experience I have had outside of Naturisimo. I live in France and each order (and I have placed over 20 orders...) has arrived on time according to the timeline provided - properly packed and never damaged.
