I found this seller because they're the only ones selling the products that I wanted that also ship to my country. They've helped me multiple times when I had issues with my orders (outside of their control). For example, they sent me a replacement with absolutely no fuss when the item I ordered had some issues (manufacturing issues). And just now, they helped me settle the charges that customs sent me with absolutely no fuss at all. That was completely out of their control, but they took care of things immediately. Amazing customer support, really. Those things aside, I also like the products are reasonably priced, and sometimes when they have promos, the prices are even a lot cheaper than if you bought them from the official stores themselves.
