I wouldn’t even of awarded 1 star but only way to write a review. So no stars Absolutely awful experience with this company. Ordered 2 tyres online. Selected mobile fitting giving 2 dates incase one wasn’t then available as per there instructions. To then be emailed following day to say they are unable to provide the mobile fitting and don’t know exactly when they will be available next. Did I want refund or book into a local branch for fitting. Tried to phone. , on hold for ages to then be cut off. Next time went to an answer machine Phoned next day and hurray got to speak to someone who then booked me into local fitter. Sorted. Or so I thought to then receive an email to say they have supply problem now for the tyres I paid for so have issued a refund. 😡. Oh and it can take up to 10 days to be credited back to your card. So no tyres and out of pocket for up to 10 days.
