A very angry customer
Took money from my account 3 times for the same purchase, so far no refund received. This order was placed on 25 October and I was informed by Molton Brown on 6 November that there had been a glitch and multiple amounts had been taken but also that I shouldn’t worry the money would be back in my account in 5-7 days. It’s now 16 November and I’m still waiting for the return of my £495. I have now had to place the matter in the hands of my credit card company to retrieve what was fraudulently taken. AVOID this company. Your money isn’t safe with them. I’m not the only customer that this has happened to, check out Trust Pilot and see for yourself.
