DPD delivery company - Terrible customer service absolute nightmare to get hold of DPD, missing parcel, DPD did not leave in my secure location. It took five days to make contact with them. When I finally got through to a human being, they told me to contact the company I make my purchased from.
Lowa - I purchased the boots from, equally disappointing customer service. They do not have a replacement boot, they suggested alternatives which are more expensive. They are still looking into DPD missing parcel, they claim that they cannot access records of my safe place for delivery. DPD STATE YES THEY CAN. DPD confirms the driver did not leave in MY safe location. I feel as though I’m just going round in circles with the both of them. Extremely disappointed. I have no Boots. I was due to go away on a hiking weekend so this was totally spoilt.. NO BOOTS NO HIKING, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
This is my second pair of lowa boots the first pair leaked after one 2 day hiking trip. I should’ve followed my instincts and not have given them a second chance. Lesson learnt.
I will now be seeking a refund through my credit card company. This company has caused me nothing but hassle.
