Ordering was straightforward, and payment standard, was a simple shopping experience, as I expected from a first class company, once I had received confirmation of my order, I didn’t receive any further communication from either Lowa or the postal company. Admittedly, there was an intermittent postal strike at the time, but three weeks, with no communication about the progress of my purchase from anyone is a bit disappointing. Even to the point of delivery, which was a complete surprise, I had no idea where or what had happened to my purchase. Left in the dark, sums it up !! Still happy I chose Lowa products over other market leaders. Quality always comes first.
