Ordered on the 3rd Feb at 2:00am and paid next day delivery at £6.99 because i needed it for the friday, didnt arrive until saturday late morning. Seller had ppsted it out royal mail 48 which is NOT next day. Messaged the seller numerous times and was ignored. Wanted a refund on the delivery i paid extra for.. And also had to pay for return postage because of their failure to send it right on time the first time. still not reply so had to contact Mauvais. This is still not resolved. How are these still in business after treating customers like this. Waste of time. AVOID.
