The order arrived in good time. It was great I was able to choose my delivery date. Birch logs were a great choice, clean and efficient, toasty and hot. I would definitely order again. I would have scored 5, but the only downside the was DHL delivery. He was rude and unhelpful. By the time I got to the door he had placed one box and gone back for the second. He placed the second box across the door step lintel and I was able to slide it into the house. When I asked if he could help me lift the first one across the door step, he said no, why can't you do it. As a female and an OAP, I shocked at his attitude.
