First time using Logsonline. Ordered 4 bags and on the day of arrival received a letter saying the product was out of stock. Received an email offering 2 different options and was delivered the next day by a super helpful person - they had an issue and resolved it very, very well. Would be 5 stars other than the issue was raised on the day it was supposed to be delivered, should have been sooner. I will recommend and use them again purely for customer service. Smelly stuff always happens and it is how it is resolved that is important.
