After a box arrived, opened and half empty I contacted customer service with photos. They asked me to weigh a 30kg box of fire wood, and since I didn’t have a commercial scale at home (surprise surprise), I told them that would not be possible. They contacted me after a week or so and actually sent me a full box to compensate fir the half empty one. Although it took a while and a negative review to get there, they have listened and solved the problem. This was the first time I had any problems with delivery and I am pleased that we were able to come to a resolution even if it took some time
