Booked a delivery online for a Tuesday on my day off, only to be texted whilst at work on Monday morning coming today between 10. 45/11.45 immediately tried to get in touch with customer services, who said they'd call me back, took 2 hours before they did, 15 mins before the delivery was due, had no option but take 1/2 days unpaid leave, legged it home to find as I turned the corner white van and man banging on my door, telling me all my stuff was blocking his van, then I had to unload the van myself, it was a truly horrendous experience, where have pallet ways gone they were a great delivery service. It also a good job it was wood being delivered as all the boxes were banged and busted up. I'm so dissapointed as the quality of the wood is superb, you need to rethink your delivery service, as having to take unpaid leave made the cost of the wood extortionate. Probably the last order from me.
